- Entry of primary documents into the accounting program;
- Income from purchase and sale accounts;
- Debt reconciliation, informing customers about overdue payment terms;
- Help for men. For the financier with other accounting tasks;
- Administration of personnel documents (conclusion, amendment, termination of employment contracts, administration of business trips, orders, leave, etc.);
- Introduction of new and potential employees to the database;
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign authorities regarding the formation and procedure of documents for foreigners (Migration issues).
- Communication with employees, filling out work schedules and tables;
- Assistance to the head of the company with administrative, organizational tasks;
Reikalavimai
- You have a higher or higher education in the field of accounting;
- You have experience working with the accounting program Rivile;
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar job position;
- You have excellent computer skills, you are obliging, hardworking and responsible;
- You are able to speak Russian at a level not lower than B2;
- You are able to effectively plan work and ensure the fulfillment of the deadlines assigned to the tasks;
- You can flexibly adapt to different situations and solve problems immediately.
