Our activities include services for welfare, environmental management, road construction, paving, excavation and other construction work. When communicating with customers, we often receive certain data that is necessary for smooth communication, preparation of estimates, collection of technical information, planning of work or execution of a contract.
All data that we receive both through the website and by email or phone is processed in accordance with BDAR, the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the principle of proportionality — we process only to the extent necessary.

When you use our website, fill out a request form or otherwise communicate, you usually provide information such as name, surname, email, telephone number, company details and sometimes additional information about the object that may be needed to prepare an offer. Such data is used only for the purpose of preparing a more accurate estimate and scheduling work, and in the event of a contract, for the proper performance of obligations.

The data may also be used for quality improvement, internal analytics, website performance assurance, and security measures. If necessary, the data may be stored as evidence in the event of disputes or claims.

We do not send mass advertising without your express consent. If at any time you have subscribed to the newsletter or have consented to marketing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How long do we store data

Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary. Inquiry information is usually stored for no longer than 2 yearsunless the relationship escalates into formal cooperation.
The data of clients with whom contracts have been concluded are stored for a longer period of time - as provided for by the legislation (usually 10 years), since this period is covered by the requirements of accounting and legal documents.
