Works manager

• Organization, coordination and enforcement of works on construction sites;
• Leadership of a team of employees, organization of the course of work in accordance with the established deadlines for the implementation of the object;
• Preparation of documentation related to the objects under construction (calculation of estimates, preparation of acts, analysis of project documentation, etc.);
• Timely planning of material requirements, techniques and human resources;
• Initiation of selection of subcontractors and control of the execution of their works;
• Preparation of schedules for the execution of works and ensuring their consistency, performing work with quality, efficient use of available resources.
• Communication with clients, coordinating possible changes to the project, carrying out phased and completed addition of the object.
• Ensure profitable, high-quality and timely implementation of assigned works on several construction projects;

• has obtained higher education (technical-engineering);
• has at least 3 years of managerial experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
• is able to read construction drawings, documents regulating the construction and maintenance of roads;
• Ability to plan the time of their own and assigned employees, adapting to the deadlines for the execution of works;
• has a driver's license of category B;
• knowledge of the Russian language - an advantage;
