Aprašymas
- Organize, coordinate, and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
- Lead a team on-site and manage day-to-day activities in line with project deadlines
- Prepare and manage site-related documentation (cost estimates, acceptance certificates, project documentation review, etc.)
- Plan materials, equipment, and manpower needs in a timely manner
- Initiate subcontractor selection and supervise subcontractor performance
- Prepare work schedules and ensure smooth sequencing of tasks while maintaining quality and efficient use of resources
- Communicate with clients regarding potential project changes and manage phased and final handover of completed works
- Ensure assigned road construction projects are delivered profitably, on time, and to the required quality standards
Reikalavimai
- Higher vocational/college-level education (technical/engineering background preferred)
- At least 3 years of management experience in road maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand regulations related to road construction and maintenance
- Strong planning skills to manage your own workload and the team’s time according to deadlines
- Valid Category B driving licence
