LNV Works Manager

• Organization of ongoing environmental planning, construction of engineering networks (field, water supply and sewage) and quality assurance of the work performed;
• Calculation of estimates according to the submitted project documentation;
• Coordination of work performed by designated employees and subcontractors;
• Creation of schedules for the execution of works and control of their execution in accordance with the established deadlines;
• Control of the costs of the construction object;
• Organization of the supply of materials, mechanisms, equipment and other resources;
• Coordination of technical issues with the project manager of the facility, the customer and other project participants;
• Preparation and control of documentation (acts, certificates, logs of work execution, reports on the addition of works performed, keeping records of materials, etc.);
• Maintenance contract management and maintenance control of construction works,
• Communication with clients, coordinating possible changes to the project, carrying out phased and completed addition of the object.

• Has an SSVA certificate;
• have at least 3 years of similar work experience;
• has a higher technical education in the field of civil engineering;
• is able to read construction drawings, documents regulating the construction and maintenance of roads;
• Ability to plan the time of their own and assigned employees, adapting to the deadlines for the execution of works;
• has a driver's license of category B;
