Aprašymas
- Organize landscaping and engineering network construction works (external water supply and wastewater/sewage) and ensure quality of execution
- Prepare cost estimates based on provided project documentation
- Coordinate work performed by assigned employees and subcontractors
- Develop work schedules and monitor progress according to agreed deadlines
- Control project/site costs
- Organize the supply of materials, machinery, equipment, and other resources
- Coordinate technical matters with the project manager, client, and other project stakeholders
- Prepare and control documentation (acceptance certificates, statements, construction logs, completion reports, material accounting, etc.)
- Manage technical supervision agreements and ensure compliance with technical supervision requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding possible project changes and coordinate phased and final project handover
Reikalavimai
- Valid SSVA certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Higher technical education in Civil Engineering (or a related field)
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand regulations related to road construction and maintenance
- Strong planning skills to manage your own workload and the team’s time in line with deadlines
- Valid Category B driving licence
