Supplier — Maintenance Coordinator

1) Ensure smooth operation of vehicles and machinery

• Organize scheduled and unscheduled repairs and servicing
• Coordinate equipment rental, purchasing, and sales
• Monitor the market, conduct research, and analyze data
• Oversee fleet management and ensure efficient use of all equipment by developing and implementing internal rules/standards and controlling compliance
• Control total fleet costs (repairs, rentals, fuel, etc.)
• Ensure timely availability of machinery and equipment needed for construction sites

2) Ensure reliable supply of materials, equipment, and spare parts to sites

• Source (rent/purchase), order, and coordinate delivery
• Analyze construction schedules, identify risks, and manage them proactively
• Allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor the market, conduct research, and analyze data (including administration of the supplier database)
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders

3) Organize warehouse operations

• Perform regular warehouse stocktakes/inventory checks
• Control issuing, receiving, and handover of assets (materials, machinery, and equipment)
• Maintain daily order in the warehouse—from physical organization to accurate documentation
• Provide new employees with workwear and required gear

• At least 3 years of experience in road maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, team-focused, and well-organized
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Category C driving licence is an advantage

• knowledge of the Russian language
