Supplier — Maintenance Coordinator

1.Ensure smooth operation of vehicles and machinery:

— organisation of scheduled and unscheduled repairs and services; — organisation of leases, purchases and sales;
— market monitoring, research, data analysis;
— maintenance of the transport fleet — ensuring that all equipment is operated rationally (creating and implementing relevant rules/norms, monitoring compliance with them);
— control of the costs of the entire fleet (repair, rental, fuel costs, etc.);
— ensuring timely satisfaction of the need for equipment and mechanisms of construction objects.

‍2.Ensure smooth supply of materials, equipment, spare parts to facilities:

— search (rent, purchase), ordering and delivery;
— analysis of graphs of construction sites, identifying risks and managing them;
— rational allocation of resources;
— market monitoring, research, data analysis (administration of the supplier database);
— communication with suppliers, customers and other interested parties.

‍3.Organization of warehouse work:

— regular inventory of the warehouse;
— control of the issuance, receipt and transfer of assets (materials, mechanisms and techniques);
— ensure the orderly state of the warehouse in daily operations (from physical order to accounting documents).
— providing new employees with work clothes;

• at least 3 years of experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
• Diligence, diligence, business acumen, organization;
• has a driver's license of category B;
• Category C driving licence — an advantage

• knowledge of the Russian language
