Public procurement specialist

• Analysis of technical documentation of future construction objects;
• analysis of procurement conditions, completion of documents and submission of tenders;
• Calculation of estimates;
• the formation of requests to suppliers and subcontractors;
• preparation of requests and requests to the Public Procurement Office or other authorities;
• Correction of information related to the offer in the course of public procurement;
• Performance reporting.

‍• Higher education (road or construction, engineering — advantage);
• Experience working with CVP IS and CPO information systems;
• Experience in participating in public procurement tenders — at least 3m required;
• Good knowledge of public procurement laws;
• Good knowledge of estimating;
• Knowledge of the preparation of technical documentation;
• Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
