We’re sharing highlights from H. and O. Minkovskių g. 41C in Kaunas, where UAB “Veikmės statyba” is carrying out works to build an underground parking facility.

Works Completed (Phase 1 & Phase 2)

• Base construction works, including excavation
• Replacement of contaminated soil
• Installation of a frost-resistant layer
• Installation of a dolomite crushed stone layer
• Laying of geosynthetic reinforcement grids
• Paver installation
• Installation of stormwater drainage channels

The total completed work area is approximately 4,700 m². All works are being carried out in line with the project documentation and supported by advanced 3D technologies, ensuring maximum precision and high quality.

Step by step, we’re helping build strong, convenient, and safe urban infrastructure—these stages form a solid foundation for the continued development of Kaunas.
