Reconstruction works of the A5 Kaunas-Marijampole-Suvalkai highway

JSC “Welfare Projects”team successfully implemented part of the reconstruction project of the A5 Kaunas—Marijampole—Suvalkai highway, in the stretch of 85.00 to 97.06 km.

During this phase of the project, the following works were carried out:

• equip for street curbs;
• prepared base and decking Covering of 1 815 m² of concrete pavers;
• equipped with a system for guiding people with disabilities.

The implemented decisions contribute to safe, comfortable and versatile movementcreating better conditions for all road users, in particular pedestrians and people with low vision.

The project is important Modernization of highway A5part of achieving higher standards of infrastructure quality and safety.
