Public Space Renewal on M. K. Čiurlionio Street, Near Kaunas Railway Station

We are carrying out public space improvement works on M. K. Čiurlionio Street, in the surroundings of Kaunas Railway Station.

Works in Progress

• Installation of concrete curbs on a concrete base – 730 m
• Base preparation for surface layers – approx. 3,800 m²
• More than 1,800 m² of concrete pavers installed

Additional Installations

• 1,007 m² of concrete slabs/tiles
• 163 m² of textured/tactile paving for a guidance system for the visually impaired
• 198 m² of clinker pavers
• 600 m² of granite slabs/tiles
• Installation of 98 concrete bollards

This project not only enhances the visual appearance of the Kaunas Railway Station area, but also improves its functionality—creating spaces that are comfortable, accessible, and welcoming for both residents and visitors.
